We build fewer homes, on purpose. Every Meridian residence starts with the site, the light and the way a family actually lives. Then we spend years on the details, so it feels calm on the first day and better on the ten thousandth.

We buy fewer sites than we are offered. Each one is judged on light, views and the walk to the nearest good coffee.

Design

Architects, interior designers and engineers work as one team from day one, so nothing gets value engineered out later.

Build

Our own site teams, with a monthly progress film for every buyer. You always know where your home is.

Handover

A two day walkthrough, a ten year structural warranty and an aftercare team on call for your first year.
